2 cloves garlic
3 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup fresh spinach, swiss chard, kale, parsley or a blend of these – chopped
1 3/4 tablespoons tamari soy sauce
1 teaspoon oregano – dried, or 3 tablespoons fresh oregano
1 teaspoon basil – dried, or 3 tablespoons fresh basil
1 cup canola oil
1/2 cup olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
- Blend garlic in a blender until minced.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Season to taste.
Serve right away or refrigerate until 30 minutes before serving, then let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature before serving. Stir prior to serving.
