As we prepare to reopen our retreat centers this fall, we are excited to announce that there are several new opportunities to work at IMS. Positions at IMS offer a robust benefits plan including health and dental insurance, retirement plan, generous Paid Time Off, Paid Parental Leave and Staff Sangha program, all within a friendly, respectful and caring environment.

Because our doors have been closed due to Covid-19 since March 2020, the number of positions now open is unusual, making this a great time to consider applying for a job at IMS. We aim to fill these positions before retreatants and teachers return for on-campus retreats in just a few months. The Retreat Center will open in October, and the Forest Refuge will open in November.
