As we prepare to reopen our retreat centers this fall, we are excited to announce that there are several new opportunities to work at IMS. Positions at IMS offer a robust benefits plan including health and dental insurance, retirement plan, generous Paid Time Off, Paid Parental Leave and Staff Sangha program, all within a friendly, respectful and caring environment.
Because our doors have been closed due to Covid-19 since March 2020, the number of positions now open is unusual, making this a great time to consider applying for a job at IMS. We aim to fill these positions before retreatants and teachers return for on-campus retreats in just a few months. The Retreat Center will open in October, and the Forest Refuge will open in November.
See the list of positions we currently need to fill, below. We hope you will consider joining our team, and please share our listings with others who might be interested.
More information about working at IMS, including links to the Staff Application form, is available here.
Please note: as part of COVID-19 safety protocols, all staff, teachers, and retreatants at IMS will be required to show proof of COVID vaccination before arrival on campus. For more information, click here.
IMS’s facilities are set among 400 secluded wooded acres in the quiet countryside of central Massachusetts. A position at IMS offers an abundance of dharma resources and support, within a friendly and caring environment. Full-time positions here provide health benefits and meal plan options, as well as generous paid time off and participation in the IMS Staff Sangha Program.
