Michael Grady

Michael Grady began practicing Insight Meditation with Joseph Goldstein and Sharon Salzberg in 1974, when they first returned from Asia. He is a senior teacher at the Insight Meditation Society and served for many years as a Guiding Teacher at the Cambridge Insight Meditation Center. Michael moved to Western Massachusetts several years ago and currently serves on the Guiding Teacher Council of Insight Western Mass (IWM).

He is deeply grateful for the teachings of the Buddha and for the many teachers and sangha members who have shared their life challenges, along with their liberating wisdom and compassion, as we journey together on the path of awakening and freedom.
