This year we celebrate the 30th anniversary of IMS's annual women's retreat - a milestone in establishing the lineage of women in Western Buddhist practice.

Held within the classical context of silence and sustained insight meditation practice, a powerful sense of community is created that supports our capacity for deepening wisdom and compassion. The course will feature daily talks, instructions, guided lovingkindness practice and meetings with the teachers. This retreat is suitable for both beginning and experienced meditators.

An optional daily period of yoga will be offered by Éowyn Ahlstrom.
