Sharda Rogell, a member of the Spirit Rock Teacher’s Council, has been practicing meditation since 1976 and teaching internationally since 1987. She is the guiding teacher of Regina Insight Meditation Community, in Canada and she is a long time student of the Diamond Approach. Her primary interest is integrating the awakening heart/mind with embodied presence.
