Winter Solstice Insight Meditation Weekend

Winter solstice, with its silence and stillness, presents an opportunity to settle deeply into mindfulness of heart, mind and body. Throughout this silent weekend retreat, open to both new and experienced meditators, we will cultivate a grounded awareness imbued with kindness and compassion.
