Steadiness and Wisdom: Online Weekend

Welcome!

We’re delighted to offer this meditation retreat with Narayan Helen Liebenson, starting on Saturday, August 28, at 10 am ET. Mindful movement will be offered by Juan Sosa.

During this retreat you will learn how to engage the methods of practice to steady and collect, calm and unify the mind in the very midst of experiences. You will also engage in wisdom practices, learning to look into the deeper aspects of our lives and living with greater compassion and understanding. Open to both new and experienced meditators, all are welcome!
