“I believe that unarmed truth and unconditional love will have the final word in reality.”
~ Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

During this weekend retreat, we’ll deepen our understanding of love in its various forms. Through compassion and devotion practices, we’ll explore how these mind states lead to equanimity and peace of mind. In silent meditation and community discussion, we’ll open to the wildness, complexity, and wisdom of these vulnerable and living hearts, while illuminating our connection to ourselves, our relationships, our community, and the wider world. Ultimately, we are developing a more resilient and equanimous state of being – the unshakeable deliverance of the heart.

Teacher Support
Most IMS teachers—like insight teachers around the world—offer their teachings freely, and rely on the generosity of students for their livelihood. Teachers do not generally receive compensation from IMS program fees, though IMS may offer a modest advance to ensure financial support and the continuation of the teachings. Click here to learn more about teacher support. There will be an opportunity to offer a contribution to your teachers at the end of your program, or you may donate now.
