For thousands of years, people have used meditation as a way to remain anchored and steady amid life’s chaos and uncertainty. In just one hour per day, this course will explore, in words and practices, the different aspects of meditative presence—mindfulness of body, of mind, and of heart. From the comfort of home, you will discover how mindfulness can help you: be with things as they truly are; be balanced in meeting your experiences, good and bad; and resonate with this precious life, however changing, fragile, and unstable it may be.
