Welcome!
During this meditation retreat we will practice a moment-to-moment mindfulness that embraces body, heart and mind with kindness and wisdom. By cultivating a gentle, warm-hearted approach to whatever arises in formal practice or daily life practice, we can discover that kindness is an aspect of mindfulness. This retreat will be taught by Madeline Klyne, Chas DiCapua, and Matthew Hepburn, and begins on Friday, March 12, at 7 pm EST. Éowyn Ahlstrom will offer mindful movement.
This retreat is open to both beginning and experienced meditators, and will offer practice groups with the teachers.
