Often, the complexity of life makes the Path to Freedom seem unclear. How can we work into and through injuries, obstacles, and difficulties, and experience the joy of clear minds and open hearts? In this silent weekend retreat, we will explore how the practices of mindfulness and kindness can provide the supportive, expansive ground for awakening our deepest humanity.
An optional daily period of yoga will be offered by Leslie Booker. Beginning and experienced meditators are welcome. If you wish to deepen your practice, you may like to consider also registering for the Metta Retreat immediately before this weekend.
