Uncovering Innate Freedom: Labor Day Meditation Weekend (3 days)
September 4 – 7, 2015 (Friday to Monday)

What does it mean to be present, connected and awake? How do we experience true freedom of body, heart and mind? This silent weekend retreat is an opportunity to explore these questions through Buddhist philosophy and practice. Guidance in vipassana (insight) and metta (lovingkindness) meditations will be offered, encouraging greater awareness, calm abiding and loving friendliness. Through these practices, compassion and wisdom deepen, and our innate freedom is revealed.
Both beginners and experienced meditators are welcome.
Pascal Auclair has been immersed in the dharma since 1997, studying with revered Asian monastic and lay Western teachers. Anushka Fernandopulle is on the Teachers Council at Spirit Rock Meditation Center and also works as a leadership coach and management consultant. Her teaching is informed by arts, nature, politics, social justice and modern urban life.
