Venue: Flowforms Yoga, 67 Millbrook St, Suite 208, Worcester, MA 01606 (For directions, click here.)
Time: 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm
The Insight Meditation Society is hosting an afternoon of guided meditations, talks and Q&A in Worcester, MA. Join us to learn more about meditation and its benefits from Sharon Salzberg, one of the Western world’s most experienced meditation teachers.
This program will focus on practical tools that help us awaken capacities within us all. Meditation allows us to transform our worldview from one of isolation and confusion to one of connection, clarity and compassion. Especially in times of uncertainty, meditation opens us to a power of wisdom and courage based on seeing things just as they are.
While rooted in the Buddhist tradition, these meditations are completely non sectarian and can be used by anyone of any tradition.
Both new and experienced meditators are welcome. | |
