Help Create The Magic

Are you interested in supporting the spiritual growth of the next generation? And having a lot of fun, to boot? IMS is looking for group leaders and volunteers to assist our operations during the 2008 Teen Retreat, July 5-9 and the Family Retreat, July 22-27. If you are an experienced meditator who has worked with teens or children and would like to help create the magic of these courses, or would simply enjoy helping out in our Kitchen and Housekeeping departments for a few days, please let us know.

It's also possible to volunteer as a working guest, supporting our day to day operations in the Housekeeping or Kitchen department. This is a great way to experience staff life behind the scenes and meet fellow practitioners and community members. If interested, please contact Kelly Collett, Human Resources Manager. Working guests for these retreats have access to the IMS Resident Teacher for small group and individual interviews.

Funding is also needed for special materials such as dharma books and art supplies for these courses. Please contact us if you wish to become a 2008 benefactor for any of these items.
