BCBS is supported through several residential staff positions. Compensation includes an hourly wage, health benefits, room/apartment & partial board, retirement benefits, transportation privileges & paid time off. There are sitting privileges at nearby Insight Meditation Society. Commitment of 35 hours per week for 12 months or longer. Previous dharma center experience preferred but not necessary.

Commitment, self-motivation, responsibility & a positive attitude are all qualities the Study Center seeks in its staff. Helping establish a welcoming atmosphere for guests is an integral part of being on staff at the Study Center. We also look for people who are interested in & supportive of Buddhist study & practice.
